  • 2 bunches of fresh coriander
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 small red chilies or to your heat tolerance
  • salt to taste
  1. In a high speed blender or food processor, blend together the garlic, chili and coriander until it forms a paste. Add salt to taste and serve
