ripe baby bananas or 2 regular bananas cut in half and peeled
1/2
cup
self raising flour
1/4
cup
corn flour

rice flour

teaspoon
baking powder
a pinch of salt

fluid oz of ice cold water

oil to add to batter
Vegetable oil for deep frying
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients for the batter except the water.
Start adding the water using a whisk to make sure there are no lumps and the batter is a smooth consistency.
Add more water if required
Put the bananas in the batter and leave them there for about 5 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan or deep fryer to about 325 degrees
Fry the bananas until golden brown turning as necessary
Remove the bananas and set on a paper towel to drain any excess oil
Serve warm with some sweet soy sauce for a real treat!
