daikon radish grated into thin strips

carrot grated into thin strips
1
red bell pepper
seeded and sliced thinly
1
white onion
cut thinly

garlic cloves
minced
For the dressing
1/4
cup
vegetable oil

tablespoons
white wine vinegar
1
teaspoon
sugar
1/4
teaspoon
cayenne or more if you like it hot

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all the salad ingredients together.
In a small bowl put in all the dressing ingredients and whisk together
Pour dressing over salad and toss
Serve cold or room temperature
