Ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • 1 kg flour
  • 50 g yeast
  • salt
  • water
  • Melted butter
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 2 packets of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix together all of the ingredients for the dough (except the melted butter), knead, and let it rise. meanwhile, mix the sugar with the cinnamon and set aside. After the dough has risen, split it in two equal parts. Stretch one piece of the dough out over the table until it becomes very thin. Brush it lightly with melted butter and sprinkle with half of the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Fold it into the shape of a long narrow pan and put in in the buttered pan. Repeat with the other piece of dough. Bake it on high temperature.
