Ingredients

  • 2 cups light sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 cucumber grated
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 green chile such as serrano or jalapeño seeds and stem removed, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Allow to sit for an hour to blend the flavors.
