Norwegian Seafood Boil (Krabbelag)

Seafood Boils are great for parties, always a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs baby potatoes
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 lobster 3-4 lbs
  • 2 lbs crab
  • 2 lbs shrimp
  • 1 lb mussels
  • 1 lb Clams
  • 1 bunch Dill
  • 2 Tablespoons thyme
  • 1 lb butter melted
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 lemons quartered

Instructions

  • In a large 10 Quart pot bring water to a boil and add in seasonings Dill and Thyme
  • Add in the potatoes first, then the sausage
  • Add in the lobster
  • Add in crab
  • Add in the mussels and clams
  • After 10 minutes drain and serve
  • Serve with melted butter, mayo and lemons
