Norwegian Seafood Boil (Krabbelag)
Seafood Boils are great for parties, always a crowd pleaser!

- 2 1/2 lbs baby potatoes
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 lobster 3-4 lbs
- 2 lbs crab
- 2 lbs shrimp
- 1 lb mussels
- 1 lb Clams
- 1 bunch Dill
- 2 Tablespoons thyme
- 1 lb butter melted
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 lemons quartered
In a large 10 Quart pot bring water to a boil and add in seasonings Dill and Thyme
Add in the potatoes first, then the sausage
Add in the lobster
Add in crab
Add in the mussels and clams
After 10 minutes drain and serve
Serve with melted butter, mayo and lemons
