Indonesian Bakmi Goreng (Seafood Stir Fried Noodles)
One of my absolute favorite recipes. It is so versatile, you can use just about any protein or veggies you want. This quick and easy recipe will be one of your favorites too!

Ingredients
1Tbsp.Peanut oil
4cakesInstant noodles
1cloveGarliccrushed
1/2cupChinese chivescut into pieces
Dried Chinese mushroomssoaked in warm water for 5 minutes, then sliced
1lb.peeled and de-veined large shrimp
1Squid tubecut into bite size pieces
2 - 3tspHot Chili Sauce
3TbspSweet Soy sauce
1tsp.Sesame oil
pinchSalt & pepper
Instructions
Place noodles in a deep bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to stand for 2 – 3 minutes until separated. Drain; set aside.
Heat remaining oil. Add garlic, stir-fry until fragrant. Add noodles, chives, mushrooms, prawns and squid. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add chili and soy sauces and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fried onion

Note: You can also garnish the dish with some hard boiled egg.
