Ingredients
1/2
lb.. of beef or pork bones
2
roma tomatoes
diced
1
turnip
peeled and diced
2
green onions or leeks
chopped
2
carrots
peeled and sliced
1 1/2
cups
of green beans
cut into pieces
1 1/2
quarts
water
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the water in a large stock pot and add in all the ingredients
Bring everything to a boil and then cover and reduce the heat to a simmer
Once the vegetables are soft, remove the bones.
Use an immersion blender to puree or carefully pour the vegetables and liquid into a blender doing it in batches if necessary.
Serve with sakay and a French Baguette, serve warm
