  • 1 can tuna in water or oil drained and flaked
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 can cannellini beans white beans drained and rinsed
  • 3 spring of fresh parsley chopped
  • Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Mix the first four ingredients together in a bowl
  • Drizzle over some extra virgin olive oil to coat
  • add salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve
