  • 1 inch ginger peeled crushed and minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 lemon
  • lemon balm or mint to garnish
  • 1 cup water


  1. combine the first three ingredients with the cup of water and boil. Allow to steep for about 10 minutes and serve hot with a mint or lemon balm garnish.
  2. Enjoy
