Dominica Mango Sorbet

please note fresh fruit can be used along with 4 cups of ice cubes with sugar to taste

  • 1 lb. frozen fruit any type you like I used mango for this recipe
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar or other type of sweetener can be used to taste
  • 1/2 lime peeled


  • put all ingredients in the Vitamix or high speed blender on low then quickly go to high until the blender sound changes and all is combined together. Make sure not to over blend as it will melt your sorbet.
  • Serve on top of watermelon slices or other fresh fruit as desired.
