Banana Cream Pie

- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 package Jello banana cream pie mix
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 bananas sliced
- Lemon juice
- Cool whip or whipped cream
Cook the pie shell as directed on packaging
Whisk together the milk and banana cream pie mix as directed on package
Sprinkle banana slices with lemon juice to avoid turning brown
Line the bottom of the pie shell with 1/2 the banana slices
Pour in the cream filling
Top with remaining bananas
Refrigerate about 3 hours
Serve topped with cool whip or whipped cream
