Ingredients
For the Syrup
4TablespoonsDark Brown SugarPacked
3Tablespoonswater
For the Tea
1TablespoonBlack Tea
1Cup Hot Water
1/3CupTapioca Pearlscooked
1/2CupHeavy Cream
Instructions
In a small saucepan, add dark brown sugar and the water. Stir to combine and heat over medium heat for about 2 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken. Remove from heat.
In another pot, boil water and add in the tea, steep until desired strength about 5 minutes.
In two glasses divide the tapioca pearls and the syrup. Add in the ice cubes and tea. Leave enough room to pour in the cream. Stir and serve.
