Ingredients

For the Syrup

  • 4 Tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar Packed
  • 3 Tablespoons water

For the Tea

  • 1 Tablespoon Black Tea
  • 1 Cup Hot Water
  • 1/3 Cup Tapioca Pearls cooked
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, add dark brown sugar and the water. Stir to combine and heat over medium heat for about 2 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken. Remove from heat.
  • In another pot, boil water and add in the tea, steep until desired strength about 5 minutes.
  • In two glasses divide the tapioca pearls and the syrup. Add in the ice cubes and tea. Leave enough room to pour in the cream. Stir and serve.
