- 8 oz soft white cheese
- finely chopped onions in vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dollop sour cream
Place the cheese on the tortillas
Heat in microwave for 30 seconds until the cheese is melted
add a dash of salt
Add a bit of onions and vinegar
Add a teaspoon of sour cream
Wrap and serve in a little plastic bag
