Ingredients

  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 8 oz . of a soft white cheese
  • finely chopped onions in vinegar
  • salt
  • sour cream

Instructions

  1. Place the cheese on the tortillas
  2. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds until the cheese is melted
  3. add a dash of salt
  4. Add a bit of onions and vinegar
  5. Add a teaspoon of sour cream
  6. Wrap and serve in a little plastic bag
  7. Enjoy!
