Ingredients

  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 8 oz soft white cheese
  • finely chopped onions in vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dollop sour cream

Instructions

  • Place the cheese on the tortillas
  • Heat in microwave for 30 seconds until the cheese is melted
  • add a dash of salt
  • Add a bit of onions and vinegar
  • Add a teaspoon of sour cream
  • Wrap and serve in a little plastic bag
  • Enjoy!
