- 2 hard- boiled eggs
- 4 slices of prosciutto beef or pork
- 4 cornichons
- 4 pickled onions
- 8 olives
- 4 slices of good feta cheese
Peel and quarter the hard boiled eggs
Roll the slices of prosciutto and top with a cornichon and a pickled onion
Arrange the slices of feta and olives along with the eggs and prosciutto on a platter. Enjoy!
