  • 2 hard- boiled eggs
  • 4 slices of prosciutto beef or pork
  • 4 cornichons
  • 4 pickled onions
  • 8 olives
  • 4 slices of good feta cheese


  • Peel and quarter the hard boiled eggs
  • Roll the slices of prosciutto and top with a cornichon and a pickled onion
  • Arrange the slices of feta and olives along with the eggs and prosciutto on a platter. Enjoy!
