Ingredients

  • ½ red onion diced
  • 1 red or yellow bell pepper diced
  • 1 each lime, lemon and orange squeezed
  • 1 serrano or cayenne chiled chopped
  • 1 orange or mango diced
  • 2 medium tomatoes diced
  • 3 conch cleaned, tenderized and chopped or substitute 1 can Pulpo
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  • Serve in a shell for a fun presentation
