  • 1/2 fresh pineapple
  • 1 fresh mango
  • paprika for garnish


  1. Split the pineapple in half
  2. Remove the flesh and cut up
  3. Use the pineapple shell as the vessel for the fruit
  4. Peel and cut up the mango
  5. Mix together with the pineapple
  6. Serve with a dash of paprika for garnish
  7. Enjoy!
