Ayurvedic Tea with Ginger, Lemon and Honey
Servings 1 cup
- 1 inch ginger peeled crushed and minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 lemon
- lemon balm or mint to garnish
- 1 cup water
- combine the first three ingredients with the cup of water and boil. Allow to steep for about 10 minutes and serve hot with a mint or lemon balm garnish.
