These amazing Bajan fish cakes are not what one would expect, they are light, airy and a favorite in Barbados. The Bajan seasoning adds the perfect amount of spice. These can be found all over Barbados from the five star hotels to the local rum shops, you will want to make these often. The Marie-Rose sauce is the perfect dip for these little delights!  I purchased the de-boned, skinned salt cod from Amazon and it is listed in the store on the website for your convenience.
