Italian Tuna and Cannellini Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can tuna in water or oil drained and flaked
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1 can cannellini beans white beans drained and rinsed
- 3 spring of fresh parsley chopped
- Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the first four ingredients together in a bowl
- Drizzle over some extra virgin olive oil to coat
- add salt and pepper to taste
- Serve
