    Italian Tuna and Cannellini Salad

    Italian tuna and cannellini salad is a super easy dish to make, it has just a few ingredients with wonderful texture and flavor.  It is so Italian!  As with any Italian food make sure to get the freshest of ingredients.  You can use tuna in water or oil for this recipe.  It makes a lovely light lunch or side dish for any occasion.

    Italian Tuna and Cannellini Salad

    Ingredients

    • 1 can tuna in water or oil drained and flaked
    • 2 stalks celery chopped
    • 1 can cannellini beans white beans drained and rinsed
    • 3 spring of fresh parsley chopped
    • Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
    • salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions

    • Mix the first four ingredients together in a bowl
    • Drizzle over some extra virgin olive oil to coat
    • add salt and pepper to taste
    • Serve
