This Croatian appetizer is a perfect way to begin our meal. They are famous for their dried meats like Prsut, a dry cured ham similar to prosciutto that gets dried perfectly in the cold Adriatic salty wind. Also cheese from the Island of Pag is also loved. An aged sheep cheese that is superb. You can also pair your meats with a nice farmers cheese. Add in some good olives and you are set! Dobar Tek!
