Fiji Raita
Ingredients
- 2 cups light sour cream or yogurt
- 1 cucumber grated
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 green chile such as serrano or jalapeño seeds and stem removed, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Allow to sit for an hour to blend the flavors.
