- 2 cups light sour cream or yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green chile such as serrano or jalapeño, seeds and stem removed, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Allow to sit for an hour to blend the flavors.
